How to use surveys?

Not to mention, the engagement will help you build a loyal super fanbase that will unleash your growth to new heights.


I highly recommend that brands send out at least 1 survey via email campaign per quarter to gather feedback and ideas and boost customer engagement to let them co-create your story.

If you have a community group, like the FB group of your customers, that would be the ideal place to do it even more often.


Besides the email campaign surveys, my go-to places to include them are also:

✅ Post-purchase flow

✅ Thank you page

✅ Abd cart/checkout flow

✅ Website

✅ Customer support


My favorite survey tool, which is sent via email, is Typeform.
